Terms and Conditions
These terms cover using Groundskeeping, a work-tracking app for grounds and facilities crews made and run by Robert Spencer, a sole proprietor in Provo, Utah. By using the app you agree to them.
Using the app
A site's manager sets the site up and decides who is on the crew. Use the app for your crew's work, keep what you enter accurate, and do not use it to harass anyone or to send anything unlawful.
Text messages (SMS)
- What you get: work notices, such as work assigned to you, answers to your time-off requests and the day's task list. The manager also gets short confirmations for texts he forwards to the app's number.
- Reporting problems: crew members, and people outside the crew the manager has added, can text a problem (and a photo) to the app's number. You get a short reply saying it arrived.
- How you join: you agree in person with your manager, who adds your number. The first text confirms it.
- How often: message frequency varies with the work.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any text. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more after that.
- For help: reply HELP, or email rems.byustudies@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The service
The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and we are not responsible for decisions made from what it shows. We may change or stop features, and we will update these terms when we do.
